To blog or not to blog....

Well the question is more like "Can we blog?"

Why does Blogger work sometimes and not others?
Why will blogger work for some people but not others?
Why does Globaloria use Blogger instead of another blog?
Why are blogs still mandatory when Blogger is so inconsistent?
Why can I always get on Blogger but students can't?
